Service terms

Cases are produced per the confirmed prescription and requirements for each order. Turnaround depends on restoration type, case complexity and confirmed requirements; shipping is coordinated separately. Detailed order, remake and warranty terms are confirmed in writing with each customer before the first case.

Intellectual property

Site content is the property of Kcnet Co. Limited. Case files and scans remain the property of the submitting practice or laboratory and are used only to produce the ordered case.
