Case submission
Send a prescription with digital files, photos or traditional impressions. STL, PLY and OBJ files are commonly supported. Case review happens before production, so missing margins or unclear information is raised early rather than discovered at delivery.
Trial cases
New clinics often begin with a small number of representative cases. This lets you evaluate communication, technical review, fit and finish before committing regular volume.
Communication
Questions about margins, implant compatibility, shade or design are handled before manufacturing begins, so you are not asked to make decisions after the case is already milled.
Shipping
International shipment can be arranged through established courier services with tracking information provided for each outgoing shipment.
Privacy
Use an anonymous case reference rather than patient identifiers when sending cases or files.
